Develop a versatile cycling bib suitable for various conditions, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for rides exceeding 7 hours.


Challenges

• As a classic piece representing the brand, the bib shorts needed to balance cost-effectiveness with high-performance features to appeal to target users.

• Ensuring the suspender design provided long-distance comfort without causing shoulder strain.

• Selecting a premium chamois pad capable of supporting extended rides.

• Incorporating breathable mesh fabric on the back to manage sweat effectively during intense climbs.

• Maintaining a design aesthetic that aligns with the brand’s identity.
